What's Up?
Howdy! I've been in the VFX industry since 2019. I graduated from college in 2021 with a degree in animation from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Right after graduating, I started work with Zero VFX and was there for over 3 years as a CG Generalist working on feature films. My talents lie within the rigging world and are more technical in nature. I have done rigging work on many inanimate objects and bipedal humans and am skilled in weight painting and implementing blend shapes on both bipedal and other creatures - ie cats and birds. I did many of the 3D face replacements for Challengers (2024) and I have lots of experience adjusting matchmoves to work with other elements for rendering purposes. I have also worked on many crowd sims and have generated realistic plants.
In general, I love working on projects that allow me to spread my wings technically and I enjoy challenging shots that might involve a more creative solution to get the job done.
I also have some junior experience tracking with 3DE. I tracked several shots for Spirited (2022), the early development tracks for Challengers (2024) Ball POV shots, as well as a few other miscellaneous projects. Having this tracking knowledge has helped both from a tracking perspective and for working with matchmoves as a CG artist.
I currently reside in the suburbs of Chicago, IL where I spend my free time gardening and with my cat, Julius.
